JUSOOR International

In an increasingly interconnected global economy, long-term company success is no longer decided by product alone. It's decided by the talent and partnerships built today. JUSOOR International offers German-speaking companies a rare opportunity: direct access to the next generation of Emirati leaders through universities, and with it, a gateway into one of the most dynamic economies in the world, the United Arab Emirates.

Why Participation Pays Off Strategically

Access to tomorrow's skilled professionals. JUSOOR provides early, exclusive access to carefully selected students from leading UAE government universities — long before they enter the job market. Against the backdrop of new Emiratization quota requirements in the UAE, this early contact has become a concrete competitive advantage for companies planning their local workforce.

Strategic relationships in the UAE. Participating companies gain visibility among students, families, universities, and government institutions alike. These connections typically extend well beyond the internship period itself, laying the groundwork for long-term business relationships in the Gulf region.

First-hand market understanding. Students bring valuable cultural and market-specific perspectives. Many partner companies report tangible value for product development, marketing, and communication tailored to the Gulf market.

Momentum for international growth strategy. Companies planning expansion into the UAE or the wider GCC region benefit from early, personal relationships with talented Emiratis who may later become employees, partners, or decision-makers.

Stronger employer branding. International engagement and investment in talent development are increasingly important selection criteria for young professionals. Participating in JUSOOR signals exactly these values, credibly and visibly.

More than CSR — real project work. JUSOOR is not a pure image initiative. Students actively contribute to real assignments in areas such as research and development, assembly and manufacturing, aviation maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO), logistics and supply chain digitalization, Industry 4.0 topics, testing and laboratory work, and leadership projects. Companies receive motivated, well-prepared interns who deliver genuine value to ongoing projects.

Full Support for Companies and Students

A key advantage of JUSOOR is the close support provided throughout the entire program. The JUSOOR team handles:

  • Candidate sourcing, pre-selection, and interview coordination
  • Travel, visa, and administrative processes
  • Accommodation arrangements
  • Intercultural preparation, mentoring, and coaching
  • Academic supervision through TH Wildau
  • Continuous program monitoring and evaluation

Each participating company is also assigned a personal mentor from an experienced team with extensive backgrounds in German industry, international business, and the UAE market.

How the 2026 Program Unfolds

The twelve-week program is structured into three phases:

  1. Phase 1 – Preparation in the UAE (2 weeks): Intensive training and preparation sessions.
  2. Phase 2 – Internship in Germany (8 weeks): Project work at the company, including a visit to Berlin and a reception at the UAE Embassy with company representatives.
  3. Phase 3 – Continuation in the UAE (2 weeks): In-depth training sessions and final assessment.

The program concludes with a Graduation and Closing Ceremony, together with the participating companies.

Your Role as a Host Company

Participating companies commit to:

  • Hosting two students of the same gender for the full twelve-week program
  • Designating a supervisor as the point of contact for students and the JUSOOR mentor
  • Providing a suitable work environment, including office or lab access
  • Concluding an internship contract with the students
  • Covering the total costs for two students during the eight-week Germany phase (approximately €4,000, including an internship stipend of €934 per month per student)
  • Providing compensation during the UAE phases in line with internal company policy

In return, companies benefit from a fully organized, academically supervised program without the administrative burden of independently recruiting talent abroad.
